Piano of Peril is the sixth level and final level of La Marionetta in LittleBigPlanet PS Vita.
Description[]
Colonel Flounder will warn the player that this test does not grant an unlimited number of lives. The player must proceed left to the Piano of Peril. At this point, the accordion boss, which will merely be referred to as "the boss" for the remainder of this article, is summoned.
The Piano's keys will turn an dotted-outlined blue and become playable while the boss, with a top hat on, will move left and right over the piano. The player must instigate an attack by pressing a key, which the boss will follow and slam down on. The slam will cause a shockwave that can send players flying, while the top hat will be removed by the drop to expose the brain. When stomped, the boss will rise again, a new top hat will appear, and the process should be repeated once.
At this point, the Piano's keys will turn white as the boss begins to ram the walls. When a wall is rammed, a fire shockwave will be sent down the Piano from the rammed wall to the other end of the piano. After a few rams, the Piano of Peril can be played again as the initial phase repeats.
After the second ram phase, the Piano will remain unplayable as the boss homes in on a player to slam upon. The absence of a brain means that the players should keep waiting until a short cutscene starts where the boss grows a purple brain.
The last phase plays largely like the first phase, but the Piano is unplayable, the boss targets players rather than played keys, the boss does not wear a top hat, and only a single brain pop is needed to conclude the fight.
