A Capacitator For Evil is the final level in Jackpot City. By acing the level you can get the Sean Brawn costume. In this level you will be fighting the MegaBrain whom which gotten controlled by the Hollows.

As opposed to a stationary fight area, the MegaBrain will climb upward, with a plasma beam at the bottom of the screen. Players must follow the course of blocks, Grappling Hook anchors, and the occasional manually-pressed button to get to each of the three stop points.
When the MegaBrain reaches a stop point, it will stop, aim one direction, fire four bouncing plasma balls, aim the other way, fire four more plasma balls, then begin a recharge as a leg joint flashes yellow. Grappling the leg joint will destroy that leg and is necessary to progress the fight.
Stop point 1 is a full-width platform with the left leg to recharge. Stop point 2 is a centered platform with open edges with the right leg to be grappled. Stop point 3 is a pair of platforms with a gap in the middle with one leg on each side to be destroyed; the MegaBrain will not replace legs at this stop.
